The new feature allows users to see the Service History of a Serial Number.
How to view service history using Goodman mobile:
•Go to mobile.goodmanmfg.com
•Select Warranty Lookup
•Enter the serial number (to show complete warranty coverage, please also enter last name and install type – Residential, Commercial, or Multi-Family )
•At the bottom of the page, below the warranty coverage, you will now see the Service History sorted by claim number:
•Click on the “+” icon on the claim to view details
