How to view service history using Goodman mobile:

• Go to mobile.goodmanmfg.com.
• Select Warranty Lookup
• Enter the serial number (to show complete warranty coverage, please also enter last name and install type – Residential, Commercial, or Multi-Family)
• At the bottom of the page, below the warranty coverage, you will now see the Service History sorted by claim number:
